Southern Team Automall is seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader for the Subaru store. Candidates MUST have valid driver's license and clean driving record (NO DUI OR RECKLESS DRIVING) and must be at least 20 years of age.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Set and achieve individual and team sales goals, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Motivate and coach sales team members to optimize performance and close deals effectively.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to discuss strategies, address challenges, and share best practices.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales personnel.
- Assign leads and manage sales pipeline to ensure efficient customer follow-up.
- Monitor individual performance metrics and provide feedback to team members.
- Address performance issues and implement corrective action when necessary.
- Customer Focus:
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly.
- Foster strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Operational Oversight:
- Analyze market trends and sales data to forecast future sales and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments like finance and marketing to streamline the sales process.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to vehicle sales.
- Proven experience in automotive sales with a successful track record of achieving sales goals.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop sales team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in CRM systems to manage customer data and sales pipeline.
- Knowledge of automotive products, features, and pricing.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize sales performance.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
