We are seeking a Sales Director to lead sales efforts and drive growth.Job SummaryThe Sales Director, reporting to SVP Revenue & Commerce Strategy, will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth by identifying key stakeholders, presenting solutions across functions, and leveraging cross-departmental collaboration to ensure alignment with client needs. This role requires a strong focus on relationship management, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the commerce landscape, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative team culture. This position is remote – preference given to New York, Chicago, Seattle, or other major metro areas.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver annual quota objectives through new client acquisition and expansion in partnership with account management.Establish and maintain a robust pipeline.Engage in consultative selling by understanding client challenges and goals, tailoring presentations and proposals that demonstrate how Incremental’s measurement and optimization solution addresses their specific needs.Foster strong relationships with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to create a unified approach to customer engagement and service delivery.Implement and optimize sales processes and tools to enhance productivity and efficiency, ensuring the sales team is equipped to meet and exceed goals.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in eCommerce, retail media, and or media measurement sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Track record of being able to map and navigate complex retail focused manufacturer organizations (CPG and/or FMCG)Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into effective sales strategies.Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a collaborative environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on building trust and transparency.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing priorities.Application ProcessTo apply, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you would be a great fit for our team to Alex Juday ajuday@incremental.com or click Apply Now. #J-18808-Ljbffr
