Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Source, identify, and engage high‑caliber legal professionals through various channels including online platforms, networking events, and referrals. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms and corporate legal departments to understand their hiring needs and deliver top talent. Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles. Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.

Placement Success: Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including negotiating offers, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for candidates. Network Expansion: Actively expand and nurture your professional network within the legal community to enhance JRG Partners’ market presence and reputation. Collaboration: Work closely with the JRG Partners team to share knowledge, support business development efforts, and contribute to the overall growth of the firm.

Qualifications

Industry Experience: Proven experience in legal recruitment or a related field within the legal industry. Relationship Building: Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade effectively. Analytical Thinking: Sharp analytical skills to assess candidates’ qualifications and clients’ needs.

Proactive Approach: Highly motivated, self‑starter with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and achieving targets. Technology Savvy: Proficiency with recruitment software, online sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related field is preferred.
