Boston investment firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their team. In this role you will provide administrative support such as calendar management, maintaining databases, arranging travel for the team, and various project work. The ideal candidate should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot between tasks with a keen attention to detail. Duties in this role also include providing back-up support to other administrative teams and, time permitting, ad hoc support and projects as needed.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and liaise with internal teams to provide continuous support
  • Coordinate and arrange foreign and domestic travel adjust travel plans as needed
  • Manage multiple calendars and coordinate meetings, calls, and additional arrangements
  • Maintain firm’s filing systems, databases, and client contact information
  • Prepare expense reports ensuring all proper documentation is obtained
  • Review and draft correspondence for the team
  • Additional ad hoc projects


Position Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree 3+ years of relevant experience in an administrative support role

Highly organized with a keen attention to detail

Strong problem solving and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
