Senior Client Service Associate, Private Wealth opening located at an RIA in Boston

Im a Senior Recruiter at Fanning- Masis. Im writing to inform you that one of my client companies, an RIA located in Boston which services a HNW/ UHNW individual and family client base, is seeking a Senior Client Service Associate, Private Wealth.

This position involves providing comprehensive support to a Principal who carries a $700M book comprised of HNW and UHNW clients by performing an array of duties including client onboarding, ongoing portfolio maintenance such as monitoring and executing portfolio transactions, client reporting, addressing client/ portfolio inquiries, preparing materials for client reviews/meetings, as well as ad hoc duties including placing trades as necessary and some compliance work, although the Firm recently hired a Compliance Consultant to enhance their program so this will be a minor part of the role.

Theres a great opportunity to continue to learn and grow, potentially for example transitioning to a financial planning themed role

This role is a FANTASTIC opportunity for an individual who offers 3-5 years of experience working in a client service themed role at a wealth management firm

Compensation includes a base salary in the $75K- $90K range, depending on experience, plus bonus
