Job Summary: The Analyst, Compensation, will be a key member of the Total Rewards team, as well as the broader HR department. This individual will own the administration of incentive compensation, working with Medical Economics and merging business KPIs with Dayforce compensation data to calculate and analyze payout information for various plans. They will partner with HR leadership to implement and administer ArchWell Health's compensation structure, ensuring continued competitiveness through market benchmarking, participation in compensation surveys, and identification of emerging trends with an eye always on communicating performance through reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership. Duties/Responsibilities: Act as the HR expert on ArchWell Health's various incentive compensation programs, as well as administration of incentive payments Act as primary point of contact with Medical Economics, combining KPI data and compensation elements from Dayforce to analyze and verify payout calculations at the end of the year Report findings and calculations to HR Stakeholders, identifying discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy Assist with the design, rollout, and evaluation of the company's compensation structure and pay programs Support communication of change plans and compensation program updates across the organization Generate regular reports and dashboards to support decision-making and provide insights to HR and other business leaders Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices Prepare and maintain documentation related to compensation practices, including incentive compensation programs, policies, procedures, and pay structures Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in compensation Perform job evaluations and create/maintain accurate job descriptions to align roles with the compensation structure Support annual compensation processes, such as salary increases, market/equity reviews, job profile reviews, etc. Ensure compensation practices are legally compliant with federal, state, and local regulations Participate in salary surveys and contribute data for industry benchmarking Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs and recommend improvements Required Skills/Abilities: Strong analytical skills, including advanced skills in Excel required Familiarity with compensation program implementation and change management a plus Proficiency in HRIS Systems, Dayforce experience preferred Effective communication, organization, and presentation skills Knowledge of employment and compensation law, survey sources, and benchmarking techniques Knowledge of compensation metrics and KPIs Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related field Minimum two (2) years of related experience in compensation or general HR analytics preferred A minimum of one (1) year of related experience in metric/KPI reporting and dashboards ArchWell Health is an equal opportunity employer.
