Compensation Analyst
for a multinational corporation that designs, manufactures, and distributes engines, filtration and power generation products

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Compensation Analyst
to support compensation and equity administration programs. This role will help manage compensation structures, salary surveys, stock plan data, and reporting activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support compensation planning, benchmarking, and analysis across business units.
  • Assist in the administration of equity/stock programs including grants, vesting, and tracking.
  • Maintain and analyze employee compensation data to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Build and maintain advanced Excel models (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas) for compensation reporting.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and Payroll to ensure accurate and compliant compensation practices.
  • Support the annual compensation cycle and audit reviews.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and present data findings clearly to HR and leadership teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of compensation analysis and stock plan administration experience sought.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data validation, modeling).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in HR systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and confidentiality.
