Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenureResponsibilitiesShifts: 5am - 1:30pm OR2pm - 10:30pmThe Role:Janitors are responsible for warehouse cleanup work, keeping buildings/warehouse in clean and orderly condition through various methods performing both light and heavy cleaning tasks such as sweeping, waste collection and removal, floor cleaning, and various surface cleaning duties, common areas such as locker rooms, restrooms, break rooms etc. The job tasks take place in both warehouse coolers and outside elements using heavy equipment. Also assisting the receiving dept as needed and other tasks assigned. We will train new hires on equipment to include electric pallet jack and fork lift. Must be able to give direction to the group.QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience Ability to lift up to 50lbs Ability to use a pressure washer Ability to work in tall heights while in a scissor lift Ability to read/write/speak English Ability to work in a refrigerated environment ( 33 to 36 degrees F) Ability to work safely and professionally in a fast paced environment with frequent heavy equipment and pedestrian trafficPreferred Skills and Experience 1-year previous janitorial experience preferred Pallet Jack/Forklift experience a plusHear from Charlie's employeesSupplemental InformationThis employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the Social Security Administration and if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security with information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.We do not provide H1-B sponsorships at this time.Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
