Job Title: Warehouse Janitor

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Janitor to join our team at Charlie's Produce. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment in our warehouse.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the warehouse, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting surfaces
  • Empty trash and recyclables, and replace liners as needed
  • Operate heavy equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials and supplies
  • Assist with receiving and stocking inventory
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of experience in janitorial or facilities maintenance preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (33-36 degrees F)
