EverHealth - Customer Success Manager (Remote, US) Join EverCommerce, a Nasdaq: EVCM company, on a mission to transform the service economy with tailored SaaS solutions for over 685,000 customers. As the Customer Success Manager for EverHealth, you will build and oversee strategic customer relationships, ensuring adoption, engagement, and growth of our healthcare products. Responsibilities Facilitate and solve problems, building internal and external relationships focused on customer growth, satisfaction, and loyalty. Develop strong connections with key stakeholders to ensure the best possible customer experience. Monitor product usage and drive adoption, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to grow monthly recurring revenue. Create individual success plans for each customer to ensure adoption, expansion, and loyalty across your portfolio. Be an expert on the CollaborateMD platform, maintaining deep knowledge of technology and products. Understand customer needs and share best product workflows that close process gaps and improve success metrics. Skills & Experience Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 3+ years of service/relationship management experience. Prior SaaS account management experience, preferably in healthcare. Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. Willingness to take initiative and solve problems. Orientation toward constantly improving processes and best practices. Willingness to share successful practices with the team. Where The EverCommerce team is global. This role can be based anywhere in the United States. Remote work up to 100% is possible; occasional travel to Denver, Colorado, or other U.S. offices may be required. Eligibility to work without sponsorship is mandatory.
