Position Responsibilities

  • Create packaging designs by collaborating across several departments to ensure top-notch quality and enhancements to Uline’s packaging.

  • Manage and carry out tests to ensure packaging changes work seamlessly with our manufacturing partners.

  • Partner with warehouse and product managers on how to enhance vendor packaging.

  • Conduct thorough audits and assessments with warehouse teams to ensure our packaging standards meet high quality across all Uline sites.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in packaging, engineering or a related field.

  • 7+ years of packaging engineering, quality or product management experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of Access a plus.

  • Travel to Uline’s North American locations or vendors as needed.
