DutiesOversee the administrative, financial, and project management support for Army Enterprise Marketing (AEMO).Interpret policies based on regulations, directives from higher echelon, management principles and ethics governing the conduct of work.Supervise and direct the activities responsible for providing support to the Office of Chief of Army Enterprise Marketing.Develop improvement plans to improve cost, schedule, and performance for all marketing programs.Review and edit budget estimates and requests for sub-allotments submitted by the assigned offices.Present briefings, information papers, and final correspondence to senior military and civilian officials at all levels of the Army staff.Recommend changes in Army policy, objectives, plans, and programs based on results of analysisRequirements Conditions of EmploymentAppointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.Travel Required: Up to 25% Business Travel may be required.One-year supervisory probationary period may be required. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-14).
