Work with leadership to communicate project statuses and upcoming risks
Identify and implement continuous improvements to the project coordination practice
Champion key initiatives, processes, and frameworks with selected projects in order to implement ongoing portfolio level improvements
Gain organization wide appreciation for the ability to communicate across disciplines and eliminate miscommunication
Coordinate and work with offshore teams for all project coordination necessities

Skills and Experience Required:

Required:5+ years of professional experience as Project Coordinator.
Experience in communicating with individual project teams on a regular basis regarding schedule, adherence, quality metrics and capacity concerns and consolidation of key risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions
Experience in coordinating with business, product, and development across all phases of SDLC
Work with Agile teams and respective Scrum Masters to acquire status and identify issues and risks
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong team and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn in fast paced environment
Detail oriented

Desired:Experience with payment industry applications
Payment Processing for Financial Institutions, specifically for debit cards, and/or credit card systems (new accounts, plastics, notifications, preferences, parameter controls, payments, account updates, memos, rewards, fraud, statements, etc.)



Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science & Engineering or Equivalent Degree.
