JOB TITLE: Project Manager


SUMMARY: Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and executions of projects within the organization. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organization, communication, and leadership skills, capable of managing multiple projects and ensuring that they are completed on time withing scope, and withing budget.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management with a focus on planning and execution.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in utilizing project management software
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Developing a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Project Network and Gantt Charts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Lead project teams to execute projects according to established plans, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project- related communications.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to update on project progress and address any concerns.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  • Monitor project risks throughout the lifecycle and implement contingency plans as necessary.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are completed to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
  • Implement quality control measures and conduct regular project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting minutes and progress reports.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, including any issues or delays that may impact delivery.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.
