We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Sales Executive

with a deep understanding of the cold storage industry. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, building strong client relationships, expanding our market presence, and assist in ColdPoint’s National expansion efforts. Duties and Responsibilities

Market Research:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and evaluate their needs within the cold storage industry. Business Development:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media. Customized Solutions:

Collaborate with VP of Sales and Operations to create customized solutions tailored to each client’s requirements. Product Knowledge:

Develop a comprehensive understanding of our cold storage platforms, services, and value propositions. Profitable Sales:

Drive profitable sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our services to potential clients. Relationship Building:

Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and prospects, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Budget and Targets:

Set and achieve sales targets aligned with company goals. Travel Requirement:

Due to our expansion plans, this role will involve travel to other geographic regions, client sites, industry events, and trade shows. Integrity and Ethics:

Operate with the highest integrity, adhering to ethical standards in all business dealings. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications

Industry Experience:

Proven track record in the cold storage industry, with a deep understanding of refrigerated storage, blast freezing, and related services. Sales Acumen:

Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals. Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Market Insights:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Results-Driven:

Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets. Team Player:

Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Customer-Centric:

Passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients. Bachelor’s Degree:
