This role partners closely with business leaders to provide analytics, reporting, and decision support to help achieve financial and strategic goals.**What You’ll Do*** Coordinate and manage forecast and budget processes for assigned subsidiaries and business lines.* Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis to business leaders; identify trends, risks, and opportunities.* Support the holding company line of business with financial analysis and serve as a liaison with other functional teams.* Assist in developing and evaluating strategic initiatives, including financial modeling and due diligence for new investments or business opportunities.* Provide analytical support on cross-functional projects and ad hoc initiatives.* Utilize tools such as Workiva, Power BI, Workday and Adaptive Planning to support reporting and analysis.* Partner with management to drive process improvements and enhance financial reporting capabilities.**Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience*** 6–8 years of relevant financial experience, ideally in FP&A, corporate finance, or banking.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.* Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders and cross-functional partners.* Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.* Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills.* Excellent judgment and professionalism with internal and external stakeholders.* High attention to detail with consistent, high-quality deliverables.* Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with reporting/forecasting tools a plus.**Benefits**Medical Insurance • Dental • Vision • Life insurance • Accidental death and dismemberment • Short-term and long term Disability Insurance • Parental Leave • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Traditional and Roth 401(k) with company match • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) • Employee Stock Purchase Plan at 5% discount • Critical Illness Insurance • Accident Insurance • Transportation and Commuting Benefits • Banking Benefits • Pet Insurance**Compensation***The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000-$110,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
