With our corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO, we serve locations across Missouri, including Columbia, Jefferson City, Sedalia, Warrensburg, Rolla, Warrenton, Troy, O'Fallon and many other cities across the state.RequirementsResponsibilities:Develop new sales opportunities through various prospecting methods, including phone calls, email campaigns, canvasing, networking, etc.Track sales activities, opportunities, and sales in provided CRM program (Salesforce.com).Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions. Product focus will be on fiber solutions, including Broadband/Dedicated Internet, SIP Voice Services and Cloud Based Phone Systems.Use tools provided to create contracts, quotes, and sample invoices in a timely fashion.Participate in weekly scheduled sales calls, sales meetings, and all sales training sessions.Serve as the on-going point of contact for accounts after the initial sale to ensure continued customer satisfaction and growth of the account base.Regular follow-up with clients to add solutions, update information and resolve any issues.Participate in customer facing events like Lunch & Learns, trade shows, and expo booths as required.Be a part of one of Missouri's fastest growing companiesWe are continuously growing our state-of-the-art fiber network and expanding our service territory.
