Responsibilities:
* Greeting patients upon arrival
* Sending patients paperwork and assisting with questions.
* Updating patient records
* Providing excellent service to patients
* Ensuring all patient information is accurate and up to date
* Protect all patient and confidential information
* Directing calls and patients to the appropriate department
Qualifications:
* Stong written and verbal communication
* Prior Dental Administrative experience mandatory
* Stong computer skills; including MS Office.
* Attention to detail
* Willingness to participate as a team member
* Good organizational skills
* Dentrix or Ascend experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
