We are seeking a Mid-Level Recruiter to provide support for existing federal government projects. The responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to match candidates to open requisitions. This position will be full time and the work is based out of Chantilly, VA.

The qualified candidate will be a solution-oriented, self-motivated, highly driven individual with strong communication and collaboration skills to attain hiring goals, quality of hire and cost per hire metrics. The candidate will be responsible sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates for hire against open job requisitions, use of an applicant tracking system for all major elements of the recruiting process and will contribute as an active member of the Recruiting Team.

Essential Functions:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to research, screen, and present candidates for hire working in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to engage and attract a variety of highly qualified candidates with various technical skill sets and experience to include: IT, Engineering, Facilities Management and Project Management.
Demonstrated experience outlining abilities to search, identify, screen, and technically qualify potential candidates utilizing a variety of tools to include: Traditional Job Boards, Social Media, Career Fairs as well as creative, non-traditional methods.
Demonstrated experience with standard applicant tracking systems (i.e., JobDiva). Evaluates and communicates key metrics to develop appropriate recruitment strategies and ensures positions are filled efficiently and effectively.
Ability to create and maintain a qualified pipeline of talent for requirements.
Motivated & positive attitude with the ability to work individually and in a team environment with a desire to succeed.
Ability to interface with Senior Level as well as Executive Management.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with recruiting for the federal government to include: Cleared candidates, comprehension of contract language and RFP activities.


Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related fields.
2 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or staffing environment.
Demonstrated experience performing full lifecycle recruiting of cleared personnel for technical and non-technical positions.
Proficient with standard Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)


Additional Requirements:Verbal/written communication skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively on several tasks concurrently.
Works closely with direct reports to discuss and implement best practices.
The individual must be able to work in a demanding environment with demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize multiple, competing tasks and demands and to seek supervisory assistance as appropriate.
