Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Participate in preconstruction and project start-up activities.

+ Coordinate and maintain regular communication on project tasks and schedules with the project manager, owner, and subcontractors.

+ Manage onsite employees and coordinate tasks with foreman/leads.

+ Maintain a safe worksite and enforce all safety regulations. Hold weekly safety meetings. Complete daily inspections and job site safety analysis.

+ Review job costs with the project manager, and accurately track labor, materials, and equipment charges.

+ Receiving incoming materials, verifying and tracking inventory, and resolving associated issues.

+ Complete job site paperwork, timecards, daily reports, and equipment tracking.

+ Complete job close-out process.

Preferred Qualifications

+ 5+ years of Construction experience.

+ Identifies and resolves problems promptly, and gathers and analyzes information skillfully.

+ Manage difficult client/customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs, solicits customer feedback to improve service, responds to requests for service and assistance, and meets commitments.

+ Prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently.

+ Meets productivity standards and completes work in a timely manner and will meet all deadlines.

+ Adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, and is able to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.

+ Observe safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.

+ Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

+ Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
