Job Description

Candidates will assemble a variety of electronic sensors, perform surface-mount and through-hole soldering on circuit boards, attach wires and cables to boards and other harnesses, and conduct mechanical assembly of the entire unit. The role requires using a microscope for soldering sensors. Candidates will receive written and verbal instructions, so good communication skills are a MUST.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Bloomington, Minnesota.
Work Environment

Employee will work on a line with 5-8 other assemblers. This is a high-volume assembly environment where they will build 100+ units a day, and on some lines, 200+. Available shifts are 1st shift (6:30am - 3pm, Monday - Friday) and 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm, Monday - Friday) with a 10% shift differential. Dress code is casual with no loose clothing and closed-toed shoes.
