Relationship Manager - Wealth Management Kforce’s client, a prestigious financial services firm, is seeking a Relationship Manager for its award-winning private wealth management team in San Francisco, CA. The Relationship Manager will develop, maintain, and oversee relationships with new and existing clients, using the firm’s resources to help clients realize their financial goals. In collaboration with the Financial Advisor Team, the role involves assessing clients’ circumstances and objectives to provide strategic investment consulting. The manager will have access to a full range of wealth‑building, managing, and preserving services offered to the advisor teams’ clients. This role does not require prospecting and will work with an existing book of business. The firm offers excellent benefits and advancement opportunities. Base Pay Range: $120,000.00/yr – $135,000.00/yr Responsibilities Advise clients in accordance with the team’s agreed-upon strategy. Analyze investment opportunities and client needs, and recommend appropriate strategies. Maintain and develop client relationships by creating strategies to meet their financial goals through financial planning and wealth management. Prepare and deliver presentations or seminars to clients and prospects for business development purposes as needed. Comply with all industry rules and regulations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional certification required. Active Series 7 and 63 licenses, and must maintain investment adviser representative (RA) registration where required, in the state of business and any other state(s) where a physical place of business exists; additional product licenses may be required. 5+ years of business experience in a financial advisor or relationship manager or related role within financial services, with experience communicating directly with clients. 5+ years of FINRA registration experience preferred. Extensive knowledge of the financial industry and product offerings. Experience communicating directly with clients regarding money management. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Compensation and Benefits: Salary is paid in the ordinary course of business; benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability, and ADI insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains Kforce’s sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in accordance with the law.
