Financial and Professional Services Associate @Russell Tobin | Connecting Talent to Companies Overview The Investment Consultant – Relationship Manager is a key member of a Financial Advisor (FA) or Private Wealth Advisor (PWA) team. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and overseeing relationships with both new and existing clients. Key Responsibilities Provide investment advice in alignment with the team’s agreed-upon strategy Analyze client needs and investment opportunities; recommend appropriate strategies Build, maintain, and enhance client relationships through tailored financial and wealth management planning Develop and deliver client and prospect presentations or seminars to support business development initiatives Ensure full compliance with all industry regulations and firm policies Perform additional duties as required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional certification required Active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses, and maintenance of Investment Adviser Representative (RA) registration as required by the state(s) of business Product and state licenses must be consistent with those of the Financial Advisors on the team Minimum of 5 years of business experience with demonstrated success in a prior role Minimum of 5 years of Client Registration experience preferred Skills and Knowledge In-depth understanding of the financial industry, investment products, and services Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues Comprehensive knowledge of compliance regulations and firm policies Benefits Russell Tobin offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
