Cleo is looking for a Solutions Architect to join our Pre-Sales team in the Solutions department to help build a compelling case for prospects to use Cleos technology to solve their integration problems through presentations, proof of concepts, demonstrations, and high-level solution design. This position can be based out of any one of our offices in the US or work remotely from anywhere in the US it is all about finding the right fit Ideal candidates possess a strong background working with integration tools and software in the supply chain space and are interested in working directly with prospects to demonstrate the value of Cleos integration solutions in solving their business needs.

**What You Will Be Doing**

+ Function as the technical lead and product expert through the sales cycle

+ Conduct discovery sessions directly with prospective and existing clients to gather business and technology requirements

+ Demonstrate the value of Cleo solutions through presentations and demonstrations on-site and via Zoom

+ Assess, scope, and complete proofs of concept (POCs) to demonstrate the value of Cleos solutions in a customer environment

+ Respond to technical questions received by RFI/RFPs in an accurate and timely fashion

**Your Qualifications**

+ Bachelors degree in computer science, Communications, or related, or equivalent relevant experience

+ 5+ years in pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles such as support or services

+ Experience with cloud or on-premises integration software

+ Knowledge of B2B or EDI-based integration
