We are seeking a talented Data and Analytics Solutions Engineer to support the implementation and maintenance of integrated software, database, and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics and be responsible for ensuring the tools necessary for data scientists, engineers, and analysts are available. You will also modify the analytics platform to meet business needs, support advanced analytics, and collaborate with IT stakeholders to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities: Plan and develop engineering designs to support the implementation of integrated software, database, and analytics solutions. Ensure that data scientists, engineers, and analysts have the necessary tools on the analytics platform. Modify and adapt the platform to support advanced analytics and fit the needs of the Data and Analytics team. Participate in activities related to the software and hardware licensing, financial management, and capacity planning of the analytics platform. Collaborate with IT stakeholders, service owners, and partners to design and support internal projects. Ensure operational readiness by engineering, planning, coordinating, and executing performance and tuning analysis, system support, incident resolution, and software upgrades. Provide guidance and consultation for production incidents when required. Maintain standardized guidelines, work procedures, and schedules to expedite workflows and improve operational efficiency. Work closely with vendors to ensure the final product aligns with architectural designs and meets data and analytics requirements. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics with Adobes TAG Manager in an Enterprise environment. (Note: Google Analytics experience is not applicable). 3+ years of experience building dashboards and reports for business owners, with the ability to communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. 1+ year of experience using JIRA for project management and issue tracking. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in data visualization and reporting tools. Familiarity with additional analytics tools and platforms (such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for hosting data and analytics solutions. Certifications: Relevant certifications in Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, or related analytics fields are a plus but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
