Genesis10 is currently seeking an Analytics Consultant with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position.

Responsibilities:

Partner with Technology Executives and Business Support Mangers (BSMs) to lead discussions
Coordinate the financial forecasts, analyze/manage of actuals along with related staffing inputs, using internal Headcount & Forecasting tools
Manage the process and tracking of staffing, HR and other people related activities
Support Invoice reconciliations and SOW maintenance
Delivery of regular management reporting, in conjunction with senior technology leads.
Support enterprise business continuity and compliance routines within the team
Organize the management agenda; coordinates materials and communications for All Hands, SLT meetings, business reviews and off-sites


Requirements:

4+ years in Finance / Workforce Management / Business Management role
Analytical and have the ability to manage competing priorities
Experience coordinating monthly and quarterly forecasting process and reporting in partnership with Finance and Business Managers
Effective communication and presentative skills
Proven quantitative capabilities
Strong financial acumen
Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint


Pay Range: $49.86 - $57.86
