Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in ICU care to join our team in Richmond, VA. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on patient health within a supportive and dynamic clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a LTAC setting.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
* Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses or injuries and maintaining overall health.
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
* Monitor patients' progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
* Active RN license in the state of Delaware or a compact license.
* Minimum 1 year critical illness/LTAC, Med Surg Tele, or ICU experience required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
