This role is responsible for new opportunity generation with our existing customer base, fielding inbound project requests, and quoting larger repairs. The successful candidate will evaluate systems and components to determine the necessary repairs, modifications, or replacements to resolve issues with customers' mechanical systems.Responsibilities include:Preparing project design cost estimates, project handoff documentation, material and equipment buyouts, and formal project proposals.Serving as the liaison between the customer and the service superintendent/project manager.Selling to facility owners, maintenance managers, and engineers.Qualifications:Proven experience in sales, specifically within the mechanical contracting industry.Strong understanding of commercial mechanical systems.Ability to evaluate technical components and design cost-effective solutions.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive salaryPerformance-based bonuses with uncapped potentialVehicle allowance and company-provided gas cardCompany-provided cell phone and laptop computerMedical, Health/Eye Care, and Dental coverageShort term and long term disability options401K Retirement Account with company matchGenerous Personal Paid Time Off (PTO) and observed holidaysApplication Process: We are excited to offer this opportunity and look forward to welcoming a new member to our team.
