OverviewFleet and Facility Supervisor with Complete CoachLocation: Riverside, CASalary: $1320-$1520/weeklyJob Descriptions MailerEssential ResponsibilitiesThe Fleet and Facility Supervisor is responsible for coordinating all aspects of company vehicle operations and facility maintenance. This includes managing both in-house and offsite vehicle service as well as overseeing the upkeep, safety and functionality of company buildings, grounds and remote locations. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills and the ability to coordinate staff, vendors and contractors across multiple sites. ResponsibilitiesManage the scheduling, inspection and repair of fleet vehicles to ensure safe and reliable operations.Coordinate offsite vehicle maintenance, including scheduling service appointments with external vendors and overseeing transport logistics to and from service providers.Reviewing and verifying completed work and service documentation.Maintain accurate records for vehicle maintenance, registration, fuel use and compliance with DOT and OSHA standards.Utilize GPS and telematics tools to monitor vehicle performance, usage and route efficiency.Respond to breakdowns and facilitate roadside assistance or vehicle recovery as needed. Facility ManagementSupervise facility operations, including maintenance and repair of buildings, utilities, grounds and functions.Conduct regular inspections of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and safety systems to ensure operational readiness.Manage janitorial services, pest control, landscaping and vendor contracts.Ensure compliance with safety codes, environmental regulations and emergency response plans.Assist in the maintenance of remote sites, including coordinating repairs and upkeep with local personnel or contractors and monitoring conditions related to building systems, security or utilities at satellite locations.Support logistics for supply deliveries and site readiness.Oversee small construction, renovation or improvement projects, ensuring they meet timelines and budget requirements.Perform or delegate preventative maintenance tasks and maintain service records.
