In this role you will serve as a primary care provider for patients living with HIV/AIDS.This position includes a$5,000sign-on bonus and up to$3,750in relocation assistancewhen applicableClinic is openMonday through Friday, 8am-5pmFTE: .5 (18 Patient Facing hours, 2 administrative hours) Schedule is FlexibleSupport for AAHIVM certification will be providedAbout this Clinic:The HIV Collaborative Clinic at St. Mary's has been fully funded through the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) since 2000.As a Local community -based Clinic (Part C) , we are able provide outpatient ambulatory health services and support for people with HIV/AIDsthroughout 22 counties of Western Colorado. With the help of the RWHAP, we are able to provide care, medication, and support services to improve HIV-related health outcomes and reduce the spread of HIV.How we'll support you:We care about your wellbeing which is why we provide our caregivers with a generous benefits package.
