In this role you will serve as a primary care provider for patients living with HIV/AIDS.This position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and up to $3,750 in relocation assistance when applicable Clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8am-5pmFTE: .5 (18 Patient Facing hours, 2 administrative hours) Schedule is Flexible Support for AAHIVM certification will be provided About This ClinicThe HIV Collaborative Clinic at St. Mary's has been fully funded through the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) since 2000. As a Local community -based Clinic (Part C) , we are able provide outpatient ambulatory health services and support for people with HIV/AIDs throughout 22 counties of Western Colorado.
