Junior Commercial Attorney

This role will give you the opportunity to work in a dynamic and highly professional environment, working directly with a diverse and wide range of stakeholders to deliver innovative, holistic and commercial solutions. This is a temporary role to support the project with a daily workload of 4–5 hours. Please, be informed that only Poland-based candidates are considered for this role. Responsibilities Reviewing document bundles provided in electronic form by the client. Identifying relevant documents & removing irrelevant documents from the bundles. Raising & resolving issues within the bundles – e.g. missing & deficient documents. Managing the query escalation & response process with the client. Once document-level issues are resolved: Considering document bundle simplicity/complexity and designating whether the document bundle is suitable for AI-led or 'human' legal review; and Instructing the legal team to commence its review. Updating tracking platforms/spreadsheets showing status & progress in real-time. Experience At least 6 months of legal experience in Banking & Finance, Commercial Contracting, Real Estate or Dispute Resolution within a law firm or in-house role. Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality of client service. Resilience under pressure and the desire to meet or exceed objectives and deadlines. Comfortable and capable of working proactively in a global organisation. High levels of IT skills and competence.
