Group Details:

  • Number of Physicians in Group: 8 Surgeons
  • Number of NP/PA Providers in Group: 17 APCs in Ortho Surgery

Key Details:

  • Engage in a surgical sports practice with young athletes and a full range of arthroscopic procedures and shoulder replacements
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team including surgical teams, non-op sports medicine, pain management, and physical medicine and rehabilitation
  • Supported by a CMA, triage nurse, and surgery scheduler

Work Schedule:

  • Clinic and Surgery Time: 50% clinic, 50% OR
  • Patient Contact Hours: 36 hours per week, typically a 4-day work week
  • Call Rotation: 1:12 call nights and weekends
  • Patient Load: 15-18 patients per 8-hour clinic day

Supervision and Support:

  • Supervising Physician: Dr. Nicholas Linkous

Education & Training Requirements:

  • Experience: Preferably experienced in orthopedics practice
  • Licenses/Certifications: As required for orthopedic practice
