Practice DetailsThis position offers a full-time, permanent role focusing exclusively on total hip and knee surgeries. The practice boasts a robust network of primary care referrals and features a brand new, state-of-the-art clinic and surgical center.
Key Responsibilities- Perform total hip and knee replacements with a focus on complex revision arthroplasty.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of orthopedic professionals, including two fellowship-trained surgeons.
- Engage in community outreach to expand the practice's presence in the Oshkosh market.
- Manage a balanced workload of 50% in-clinic and 50% in-surgery.
- Participate in a call rotation of 1:5 at a regional trauma center.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A fellowship in Adult Reconstruction/Arthroplasty.
- A passion for evaluating and treating patients with painful total joints.
- Experience handling complex cases, including periprosthetic fractures and infections.
- A commitment to collaborative practice and community engagement.
- Strong ties to the area or a desire to establish roots in north/central Wisconsin.
