National Account Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a National Account Manager. The National Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with national accounts, overseeing and coordinating the sales process, conducting market research, analyzing data, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities/Expectations:
•Provide proactive and consultative client support, ensuring high retention and revenue growth with existing clients
•Communicate with franchisees, vendors, and contractors to ensure prompt and satisfactory service on all levels
•Manage key client interactions with a focus on expansion and growth opportunities
•Collaborate with engineering, accounting, and other departments as needed
•Attend industry events to grow existing industry relationships and build new ones
•Design and implement a strategic business plan and ensure a strong presence
•Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
•Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts
•Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products
Essential Skills:
•Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
•Organized, detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
•Sales motivated, team-focused attitude
•Must have the ability to network and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
•Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
•Strong business sense and industry expertise
•Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Education and Experience:
•Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development
•Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
•Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
•Excellent organizational and time management skills
•Analytical mindset and ability to analyze market trends and data
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
•Knowledge of the Franchise QSR industry is a plus
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
