As an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to an inclusive environment for all employees and patients./ph3Day in the Life of a Patient Ambassador/h3ullipResponsible for providing excellent customer service checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting in daily operations./p/lilipMaintain friendly, professional attitude towards patients, offer a white glove experience./p/lilipProvide an exceptional experience by guiding new patients through their intake process./p/lilipCollect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed./p/lilipMaintains daily financial records and reports./p/lilipCoordinates with medical and clinical staff to coordinate intakes./p/lilipProvides clerical and logistical support./p/lilipOversees patient accounts and financial responsibilities./p/li/ulh3Education and Experience Requirements/h3ullipAt minimum, High School Diploma or GED required./p/lilipCustomer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred./p/lilipExperience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred./p/lilipLived Addiction experience is a plus./p/li/ulh3Hours, Schedule, and Travel (if applicable)/h3pOur Patient Ambassadors enjoys an early morning schedule with early afternoon out times. It is expected that Patient Ambassadors have flexibility to support on weekends and if applicable, evenings. Expected hours for this role are 37-40 hours per week.
