GENERAL MANAGER: YOUR ROLE

As the General Manager at Lambert Plumbing and Heating, you manage and support our field service technicians and customer service representatives, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You assist technicians with larger project estimates and provide valuable input. Collaborating and coordinating with ownership, you strategize and plan for the company's growth together. By handling complex and challenging customer issues with finesse throughout the day, you leave no problem unsolved.


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Our ideal General Manager position candidate will have great customer service and leadership experience.

We are also looking for the following requirements:

  • 5+ years of trade experience
  • Clean driver's license
  • EPA 608 and OSHA 10 certified

Although not required, we highly value 10+ years of experience in the trade, customer service experience, and leadership experience
