Overview Aveanna Healthcare is hiring a Nurse Supervisor in your area Make a difference every single day by being a part of the delivery of unmatched clinical care for Aveanna’s clients at home. Work Location Brockton, MA location, in-home visits and Potential Hybrid (varies based on branch need). Compensation $85-90k base salary, plus bonus potential (up to 10% of salary based on branch performance), on‑call pay, cellphone and mileage reimbursement. Up to 80 hours of vacation accrual in the first year, 48 hours of sick time accrual, one 8‑hour fun day and one 8‑hour inclusion day. Vacation hours accrual will increase to 120 hours after the first year.
