RESPONSIBILITIES | WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Individualized Education Plans (IEPs): Special Education Teachers create and follow individualized education plans for our amazing students with special needs.

Progress Monitoring: Track and assess student progress, adjusting your approach as needed to keep them on track.

Collaborative Environment: Special Education Teachers work with support staff, including paraprofessionals and parents, to build a supportive and welcoming learning environment.

Student Advocacy: Advocate for our students with disabilities, ensuring compliance with all necessary laws and regulations.

Welcoming Classroom: Special Education Teachers foster a positive classroom where every student feels engaged and can succeed.

QUALIFICATIONS | WHAT YOU BRING Education Enthusiast: Bachelor's degree in special education or education.

Certified Pro: A valid teaching certification in Special Education.

IEP Guru: Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.

Communication Star: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
