Join us as we build the future in Manufacturing and EngineeringPerks and Benefits:Medical & Employer Paid: Dental and VisionParental Leave401k and Employer MatchPaid time off and holidaysTuition reimbursementPaid On the Job TrainingPerformance incentive bonusesCommunity VolunteeringTalent Referral Bonus ProgramEmployee Centric CultureWHAT YOU WILL DO:This position requires the ability to set-up, operate or tend to hard turn grinding and related tools for the Mazak CNC Hard Turn operation.Operate and tend to Mazak CNC machine.Load, unload, make simple offsets, and change wheel packs.Troubleshoot programs, create, and dress wheel packs.Set up machine per the setup sheet or customer print.Verify machine setup by inspecting and verifying product characteristic are within tolerance per the part print specifications. This is done on the 1st piece and throughout the process run using the appropriate measuring device suitable for the required tolerance.Clean parts and move them to the next operation.Perform weekly or monthly machine maintenance.Maintains equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements; following manufacturers instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.Perform other duties as required.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:2+ years' experience in CNC Machining/Programming (preferred Mazak/Mazatrol or Mori Seki experience)High school diploma or GED.Ability to read blueprints.Ability to use hand tools.Visual acuity for detailed work.Must be able to lift and maneuver 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.Must follow designated safety rules and regulations.Manufacturing environment: may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, dirt, dust and solvents.Ability to work extended hours (including weekends) as necessitated by production requirements.Our commitment to Diversity, Equity and Belonging (DEB) endeavors to create a safe space for all employees and customers, regardless of age, race, sex, gender identity, national origin, or religion.
