In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the organization's lead generation efforts, primarily working as a resource for clients' marketing, but also occasionally driving these efforts directly for the brand itself. You will manage a small team of digital experts, working across channels to develop and implement strategic campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation and conversion. A deep understanding of holistic marketing as a growth engine is required, with exposure to digital channels, branding best practices, and other offline marketing efforts. To be a fit, you should bring 4+ years of similar experience in a marketing role, with an understanding of holistic marketing and lead generation with a consumer audience. Deep knowledge of digital, including email, SEO, PPC, CRM and similar tools and functions, is required. Experience managing direct reports is highly preferred.

You will:

  • Guide the organization's marketing efforts from a place of growth, lead generation and conversion, joining a team of cross-functional marketing and sales leaders to streamline processes, enhance client footprint, and drive sales
  • Aid in the larger vision of brand awareness, consistency and cohesion, managing a small team and working with other leaders to innovate
  • Drive digital marketing best practices across all relevant consumer channels to grow ROI, managing a small team of primarily digital experts to execute on campaigns
  • Serve as a key expert for all things marketing, digital and brand that will further drive leads and conversion


Your experience should include:

  • 4+ years of experience in growth-oriented marketing in the B2B space, focused on driving brand awareness, lead generation and conversion
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams and partners, including sales leadership, to establish KPIs, best practices and metrics to continue to growth client and brand footprint
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience driving new business, enrollment or similar for multiple locations or organizations, highly preferred
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including advanced enterprise CRM experience (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.), ESP or email automation experience
