We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional with a competitive drive and exceptional sales ability. In this role, you will be an integral part of a nationwide sales team responsible for developing and managing an assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to provide patients with rare diseases and hematology with life‑changing, potentially life‑saving treatment options. Essential Requirements BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical and/or biologic/specialty sales experience. (3+ years of high‑science specialty experience with complex products or strong oncology device, diagnostics, or specialty pharmacy oncology experience also considered.) Oncology or hematology experience a plus. Proven success with product launches and meeting sales targets. Expertise in account‑based selling and managing complex sales processes. Highly motivated self‑starter with a strong drive to succeed. Excellent communication, analytical, and decision‑making skills. Ability to analyze data and trends to create actionable business plans. Ownership mentality with urgency, initiative, and proactive problem solving. Persuasive communication methods to facilitate acceptance of ideas or products. Ability to work independently and maintain high performance standards. Responsibilities Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, executing, and optimizing an integrated territory business plan. Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with a focus on top target customers. Plan and organize activities to achieve set call metrics, optimizing coverage and frequency to maximize access and sales opportunities. Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals to drive appropriate product utilization. Navigate complex external/customers organizational structures (hospitals, IDNs, GPOs, healthcare communities) while aligning with cross‑functional commercial partners. Develop a complete understanding of the healthcare delivery system within each assigned customer, including physician hierarchy, pharmacy staff, and clinical nursing staff. Build in‑depth knowledge of each assigned account’s strategic goals, value drivers, key access stakeholders, business metrics, and challenges. Develop and deepen strategic partnerships, including oncology “C‑suite” executives and key population health decision makers. Engage accounts proactively to achieve access in line with established sales goals. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $155,000. This range reflects the expected low and high for the role. Actual salary will vary based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and performance. Some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonuses based on performance. Interviews may be conducted on‑site, following local COVID‑19 safety guidelines.
