THE JOB:

As a Food and Beverage Counter Attendant, you'll play a crucial role in creating outstanding guest experiences in our quick-service restaurants. By engaging with guests and understanding their unique preferences, you'll deliver exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression. Your ability to multitask efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced environment will ensure every guest receives a memorable WOW experience that extends beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY: $15.50 Per Hour + Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Pour and serve wine while educating customers about wine types, regions, and tasting notes.
  • Interact with guests to create a pleasant and engaging experience.
  • Collect payments for various retail items and following cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at both the front and back of the outlet.
  • Pack orders according to guest preferences and labeling food products for safety.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, and managing stock and warehouse orders as needed.
  • Clean and polish glassware, maintaining a pristine and inviting work environment.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to obtain both a Food Handler's card and Alcohol Awareness card
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
  • 2 years of food handling experience-enthusiasm and passion for wine are key
  • 1 year of customer service experience in the food and beverage industry
