Licensure Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) from Connecticut, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from Rhode Island, or other state licenses requiring endorsement and meeting Connecticut or Rhode Island requirements. Special Skills The Social Worker will possess empathy, active listening, critical thinking, strong organizational and computer skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with and advocate for patients and families.
