The VP will define and deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions that elevate hybrid work experiences, drive category leadership, and support HP’s broader Future of Work vision.Results will be delivered through strong leadership, collaboration and great teamwork across HP and our industry partnersKey Responsibilities:· Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the global product strategy for docks and displays, aligning with HP’s Future of Work strategy, commercial systems roadmap and AI PC initiatives· Portfolio Innovation: Lead cross-functional teams to identify customer insights, emerging trends, and new technologies to shape differentiated product experiences· Financial Management: Exceptional business acumen and strong understanding of business line financials necessary to manage muti-billion dollar line of business and successful outcomes· Customer Experience Leadership: Ability to collaborate, align, and drive strategy across divisions and functions.· Team Leadership: Build and lead globally-matrixed teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, mentorship and continuous improvement.· Cultivate external partnerships across the industry to help drive ecosystem solutions and mindshare· Solutions and Experiences launch narrative planning and execution in context of key portfolio value proposition and Go-to-Market strategies· Executive Level communication & collaboration - Leadership – ability to collaborate, align, drive strategy across business units and stakeholders, functional teams and downstream GTM organizations.Essential Skills:· Proven experience leading large-scale, global product organizations· Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans· End-to-end business management· Strategic product management· Portfolio strategy· Deep customer and market insights· Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization· Strong knowledge of display technologies and the display solutions market; previous experience in the PC industry is highly desiredThe pay range for this role is $266,000 - $318,000 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
