Job Summary:
As a Plumbing Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales activities related to plumbing products and services. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth, develop strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction within the plumbing sector. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, leadership skills, and deep knowledge of plumbing products and industry trends.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives within the plumbing sector.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals. Provide guidance, support, and training as needed.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, plumbing contractors, and industry stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to plumbing products and services. Use market insights to identify opportunities for business growth.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of the company's plumbing product offerings, features, and benefits. Train sales team members on product specifications and selling points.

- Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and maximize sales opportunities.
- Exceptional customer service abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proven track record in sales, demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Experience in outside sales, business development, and account management is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Familiarity with plumbing
terminology/procedures/repairs/upgrades
