* Supporting our german payroll team and provide technical support of the complete payroll cycle including subsequent payroll activities* Understand standard and client specific German payroll reports including statutory year end reporting needs as required by the customer contract and scope of service* Maintaining current knowledge of legislation requirements; system updates, changes and overall payroll procedures while managing the payroll legislation road map* Answering payroll related questions and requests from the team and from clients; supporting the Operations Manager with client engagement activities* Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information* Ability to resolve and support technical and functional issues escalated from other team members and clients* Ensuring compliant use of all systems* Participating and championing innovation activities to drive continuous improvement* Supporting and guiding project implementations and go-lives* Participating in projects and activities as needed and assigned* Focus of the position is coverimg the technical solution of small or medium implementation projects* Very good German and English skills (B2 minimum)* SAP experience* 5+ years relevant technical experience administering Payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment* Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint* Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment* Attention to detail* Excellent written and verbal skills* Self-motivated and a willingness to learn* Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and proceduresAs pioneers in payroll, human capital and financial management solutions, we blend leading-edge technology with human ingenuity to keep you moving forward.
