If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as an Entry Level Sales Representative in the real estate industry. No real estate license or experience is required. As a key member of our team, you will enjoy networking and engaging with clients to sell our properties. You'll be a problem solver at heart, adept at navigating obstacles and turning them into opportunities. With a strong sense of independence and assertiveness, you'll lead conversations and drive negotiations to successful outcomes. In this role, you will be constantly challenged to push your limits and achieve your full potential. Your positive response to pressure will be your driving force as you tackle new projects and exceed expectations. $80,000+ a year potential. Responsibilities: • Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms for all parties involved. • Proactively seek out and pursue new sales opportunities. • Network and build relationships with clients to identify their real estate needs. • Actively engage in problem-solving to address client concerns and overcome obstacles. • Work independently to manage your sales pipeline and meet targets. • Embrace challenges and view them as opportunities for growth and development. • Maintain a positive attitude and respond effectively to pressure situations. Qualifications: • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. • Sense of urgency for goal achievement • Action-oriented and somewhat collaborative decision-making • Quick decision making in response to changing conditions • Extroverted, confident, enthusiastic, persuasive Influences, stimulates others to action Collaboration focused on results • Accountability for results • Results focus Idea generation, innovative and creative problem solving Rapport and relationship building focused on achieving results Engage commitment of others • Goal-oriented and self-motivated. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies. • A strong work ethic is a must. • Problem solver. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • In-office position. Compensation: $17- $22 hourly Plus Commission
