client: **Location**: Remote, but must be based in the **Newark, NJ** or **Princeton, NJ** area **Reference ID**: REF14191K **About this job** Seeking Recent Grads You will work as part of the Retail Services Team, providing a first-class customer experience to our retailer base. Your time will be spent interacting daily with your National Account Manager and retailer contacts, as well as interacting with key departments internally, including Supplier Sales and the wider business. Your priority will be managing our Private Brands project with Wakefern, but you will have additional reporting and client engagement responsibilities to support the National Account Manager for this account, . You will lead regular client touchpoints to review Brandbank deliverables and become a Subject Matter Expert to support Wakefern both day to day and strategically. You will be expected to achieve a high level of Customer Satisfaction and contribute to the overall growth of your retail accounts by supporting your National Account Manager. **Responsibilities** * Taking on Project Management responsibility for our pre-agreed Private Brands activity with Wakefern. This includes, but is not limited to; obtaining go get lists of products from Wakefern, obtaining required product files and / or physical samples for the required products, managing throughput and delivery with our operations team, and providing regular reporting and client updates on project progress * Manage with full autonomy, retailer services tasks related to specific products/services and all our core products and services via Live Chat, email, phone and/or face to face. * Responsible for delivering first class service levels with contacts at all levels within your customer base, aiming to resolve all queries on the first contact. * Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships and develop a trusted advisor partnership with key customer stakeholders, across all relevant divisions and departments. * General query resolution and ensuring that any significant issues are escalated internally through the appropriate channels in a timely manner as and when necessary. * Supporting retailer launches and projects through range management, ensuring that new products are ready for launch when required * Setting up new users in our Product Library platform and running through the full-service capabilities to ensure the new user understands its full functionality. * Working closely with the National Account Manager to identify and achieve objectives (revenue or otherwise). * The incumbent will be expected to be open to going to the client site as needed (in New Jersey) **A little bit about you** You enjoy working with clients, building on relationships and are capable of hands-on problem-solving; can analyze processes to generate ideas and solutions and an articulate and a confident communicator at all levels, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Qualifications** * Experience in managing account/client relationships, or other relevant experience. * Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. * Excellent written and spoken English. * Highly organized with good time management skills and a logical approach, and the ability to prioritize workload. * Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, delivering against set milestones/deadlines and working under pressure. * Enthusiastic, hardworking, and adaptable, with good attention to detail. * Good knowledge levels of Microsoft packages **About NielsenIQ** Were in tune with what the world is buying.
