Japanese Bilingual Finance and Investment Operation Manager or Specialist Leverages U.S. Inc. – a Japanese‑based start‑up venture capital company is looking for candidates for a Japanese Bilingual Finance and Investment Operation Manager or Specialist. Base Pay Range $80,000.00/yr – $150,000.00/yr Location Seattle, WA (Hybrid) Key Highlights High‑stakes, high‑growth environment offering significant upside and ownership. Experience in the investment field is not a requirement. Responsibilities Oversee and manage core financial and investment operations for U.S. entities and funds, serving as the primary finance liaison to HQ. Lead investment project execution and compliance – scheme design, securities settlement, and regulatory adherence. Manage treasury operations – cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and bank relations. Prepare financial and fund reporting; support corporate governance requirements. Supervise daily treasury operations – cash positioning, payment processing, liquidity forecasting, and bank‑account control. Coordinate corporate documentation, board resolutions, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or fund‑operations experience preferred. 5+ years of experience in finance operations, investment fund management, or corporate accounting. Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, cross‑border finance, security transactions, and fund structures (GP/LP). Proficiency in English and Japanese (business level).
